Using your own body strength . HW1 Chair Yoga Breathe deeply to have more energy, stretch to get rid of muscle stiffness, and strengthen your body to improve balance. (Live Virtual Exercise class) HW2 Sit and Fit Using a chair for support, get a gentle but effective full body workout. When standing your chair becomes a stabilizer, allowing you to challenge yourself safe and steady. Use household items or light hand weights for an additional challenge. HW3 How To Eat for A Healthy Heart In this program, we will discuss how what you eat impacts your heart and learn the best nutrition choices you can make for a healthy heart. HW4 Health Weight Management Understanding the many weight loss choices can be challenging.
