I’ve Been Named a Decision Marker Being tasked to make health care and financial decisions for someone else is a challenging responsibility. This session, presented by an elder law attorney, will discuss the duties and responsibilities that come with each role. We’ll also discuss which decisions you are legally entitled to make and what standards you should use when making those decisions.
