Identifying Implicit Bias in Healthcare All people carry implicit bias with them. Defining implicit bias, explicit bias and other terminology related to culture and inclusion this program will help you understand why we all carry bias with us, where we learned it and how we can be more inclusive and work for equal outcomes for all our patients regardless of their culture.
